Lawless & Mangione offers the benefit of architectural services and most engineering disciplines in house, to successfully design most educational facilities. Shown here are projects which have been completed for Columbia University Medical Center where we have been a Task Order Consultant for over ten (10) years. Additionally displayed are projects undertaken for the N.Y.C. School Construction Authority where we have been providing architecture and engineering design services under a task order contract since 2000. We are also currently providing professional services for New York University and the New York Institute of Technology.

Restoration and Historic Preservation     [ + see projects ]

Since it’s founding over twenty five (25) years ago, Lawless & Mangione have specialized in exterior restoration and repair of high rise residential, institutional and commercial buildings. Building types include both prewar and post war buildings as well as designated N.Y.C. Landmark Buildings like those shown here. As a result of our many years of experience, we have developed an expertise in all facets of exterior restoration.

In the last five (5) years we have completed approximately 375 façade repair projects, 120 roof repair projects and 90 window replacement/repair projects. For the sixth (6) cycle Local Law 11/98 façade inspection program, this office prepared and successfully filed over 350 reports with the N..Y.C. Department of Buildings.

Fitness Centers    [ + see project ]

Lawless & Mangione Architects & Engineers, LLP provide our clients with a wide range of design services which, in conjunction with our in-house mechanical, electrical and structural group provide a single source of contact for all design projects. Illustrated here is a fitness center located in a residential apartment building on Fifth Avenue. Lawless & Mangione designed the space along with the mechanical and electrical systems.
