We are a midsize full service A/E firm located in southern Westchester County, N.Y. We have been in business for 25 years and we are continuing to grow and expand. We do work on multi-story residential and commercial buildings throughout the metropolitan area, but primarily in Manhattan. Our clients include the private sector (high end residential co-op’s) Institutional, (Columbia University, NYU, etc.) as well as the public sector- (NYC School Construction Authority and the NY Housing Authority.) Our staff works on all aspects of a project. We are looking for a long term candidate that is interested in growing in the firm. We are looking to fill the following position:

Project Architect

We are seeking a Project Architect for our Exterior Restoration Department. Candidate should have five (5) to ten (10) years experience and at least five (5) years experience working on exterior restoration & repairs.
Responsibilities will include surveying the façades of buildings to determine necessary repairs and preparation of plans and specifications to undertake those repairs. Work sites are throughout the five boroughs of NYC and the metropolitan area. Candidate must have a car.
